Overmind Expo is the business and events division of Overmind, based in Desenzano del Garda on Lake Garda. We bring together sound and lighting technicians, videographers, social media managers, designers and interpreters in a single team.
Exhibiting at a trade fair is a major investment: stand, build, travel, staff. Our job is to make that investment pay off, during the fair and in the months that follow.

Overmind Expo comes from the Overmind Association in Desenzano del Garda: since 2021 an open house where volunteers, young people, families and grandparents make theatre, music, film and courses together. We share its values: culture open to everyone, inclusion, work done well and done together.

Before you request a quote
How much does it cost?
We work on tailored quotes only, free and with no obligation. The price depends on the number of fair days, the services you choose and how many people are needed. Fill in the form and we'll send you a detailed proposal.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Three to six weeks before the fair. That gives us time to prepare the content plan, the screen content and the interpreters. If your fair is coming up soon, get in touch anyway: we'll tell you what can still be done in time.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. Every service can be booked on its own. If you combine several, you still have one point of contact and one quote.
Do you work outside trade fairs?
Yes. We cover private events, conventions, product launches and visits from international clients, at your premises or at an external venue.
Do your interpreters know my industry?
Our professionals follow a dedicated preparation process for every assignment. To give you a tailored service we ask you in advance for technical data sheets, price lists and presentation materials, which become part of their preparation on your company, products and industry terminology.
Who posts on our social media accounts?
That's up to you. We can post directly with dedicated access, or hand over ready-made content for your team to publish.
We're not based in Italy. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Many of the exhibitors we support come from abroad. We work in English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese and Arabic, and we can handle everything remotely before the fair, so you arrive to a stand that's ready to go.
