It depends on client demand and on your profile. We don't promise a set number of days: we get in touch when there's a job that suits you. The more complete your profile, the easier it is to put you forward.
The client pays Overmind Expo, and Overmind Expo pays you. We agree the fee and payment method before every job, and you can always check the status in the Crew area.
No, you don't need one to sign up. Tell us in the form how you work, and together we'll find the right arrangement for each job. If you're based outside Italy, let us know and we'll sort out the details with you.
Yes. We look for reliable, capable people. If you have limited experience, say so in the form: some jobs are a good fit for newcomers, and the core training prepares you for your first one.
It's free training, specific to your field, that we give every Crew member because we want the whole team to work to the same standard. It covers how to work at trade fairs and with companies, and the standard clients expect from us.
